1. Technical Office Manager (with Design Expertise) 
Responsibilities: 
- Manage and oversee technical office operations, including design and documentation. 
- Personally develop and execute steel structure designs for commercial projects. 
- Perform structural analysis using SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Revit, and Navisworks. 
- Prepare shop drawings using Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and Revit. 
- Provide technical support, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project execution. 
Qualifications: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 
- 10+ years of experience in technical office management and design. 
- Proficiency in advanced design and analysis software. 
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
2. Estimation Engineer 
Responsibilities: 
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for steel fabrication projects. 
- Analyze specifications using tools like MS Excel, Bluebeam, or estimating software. 
- Provide accurate material and labor cost estimates for tenders and negotiations. 
Qualifications: 
- Relevant degree and experience in estimation roles. 
- Proficiency in estimation tools and software. 
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
