Job Title:
We are looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to resolve technical issues and assist employees with computer, network, software, and IT system-related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Receive and respond to technical support inquiries, offering effective and timely solutions.
Diagnose and resolve system and network-related issues.
Install, update, and maintain software and hardware.
Manage user accounts within internal systems Erp Next .
Provide training to new users on systems and software usage.
Track and analyze support issues, documenting troubleshooting steps taken.
Work to improve and enhance IT support procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and support tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and user interaction abilities.
Ccna and CompTIA Network .
