Job Description
Amec Egypt is looking for Treasury Accountant join to our team with the following required tasks:
• Registering Receivables movement from the collection on Odoo & Sheet.
• Analysis the movement of receivables from the collection and payments which coming out the treasury or bank then make report for the accountant manager.
• Follow up on the collection of the clients with the client accountant then registering it the work order sheet.
• Follow up on any movement in the treasury from the bank, then registering it on the Odoo and the sheet.
• Make a daily report about any movement in the treasury from the bank.
• Issuing checks based on the PO for supplier documents from the suppliers' accountant.
• Insert the movement of the treasury, financial custody and the suppliers on the Odoo and make sure the approval of the financial director then complete the disbursement procedures and registering it in treasury expenses on Odoo and the sheet.
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge:
- Education certificate: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Experience: 1-3 years.
Skills:
- Soft Skills: Communications / Time Management / Problem Solving/Teamwork / adaptability / Willing to Learn / Attention to details and accuracy / Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks / Strong accounting principles
- Business skills: Reporting / English intermediate / Computer Skills.
