🔹 About the Role:
BIM-LEAD is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3 to 10 years of experience to join to us.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial management, reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
✅ Manage accounts payable and receivable
✅ Reconcile bank statements and ensure transaction accuracy
✅ Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
✅ Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
✅ Work closely with internal teams and external auditors
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✔ 3 to 10 years of accounting/finance experience
✔ Proficiency in [mention preferred accounting software: QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, etc.]
✔ Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
