✅ Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
🔹 0-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or service environment).
🔹 Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
🔹 Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
🔹 Residence in New Cairo or nearby areas is preferred.
