Infrastructure Technical Office Engineer

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Responsible for preparing Shop-drawing for Sewage networks, All Chambers, Force Main line and Lifting Station's Preparing and reviewing technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports such as Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Material Approval Request (MAR) and Field Sketches' Reviewing Invoices and Quant Surveying with owner and consultant's Preparing Invoices for owner and the subcontractors' Preparing compensator Invoices for owner's Conduct a price study for new items &outdated items

 Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all infrastructure related works at site as per approved drawings

Plans the execution of all infrastructure related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.

 Delivers infrastructure platform solutions by working as part of the project team when required, to meet consultants' expectations.

 Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time

 Responsible for reviewing subcontractor invoices

 Handover the tasks to the consultant

Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to the execution of any jobs.

Preparation of Design, Shop, and MEP Coordination drawings of the project.

 Handover the tasks to the consultant.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• 3:5 years of experience in infrastructure and utility projects (water treatment, sewage systems).

• Strong background in utility and civil infrastructure, with hands-on site management experience.

• Proficiency in project management and design tools ( AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office).
