Job Description
Ökoplan is seeking to hire the following position:
- Business Development Engineer-Proposals and Contracts- Code (PCE-02), with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help to Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Collecting necessary data / Following up on new potential opportunities inside & outside Egypt by monitoring / searching bidding opportunities notices and donor trends that match with our company targets.
- Develop, prepare and submit proposals and technical and financial offers to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.
- Proactively seek out and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs);
- Coordinate with technical teams to develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Prepare the Pre-Qualification Documents / Expressions of Interest (EoIs) in accordance with the Client’s instructions / issued Procurement Notices.
- Contract preparation and review in accordance to proposals and client requirement, and negotiate when needed.
- Prepare, Coordinate and get the subconsultants and specialists tenders, negotiate and follow up.
- Always prepare and update the pricing sheets and breakdown.
- Update and maintain the office profile, Branding and all necessary documents to effectively represent our organization to potential clients and partners with presentation to clients.
- Support in Ökoplan’s representation in exhibitions, conferences, talks….
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent our organization and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years related Experience.
- Engineering Consultancy firms experience Only.
- Strong command of English language, both written and spoken is a must.
- Related professional courses CLAC, APMP, PRMG….is beneficial.
