- Contracts & QS section Head
. Review, and manage major contracts, including consultant agreements and contractor engagements. Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and company policies while monitoring contract performance and obligations.
. Supervise cost estimation, budget planning, and financial reporting. Review and approve valuations, payment certifications, and cost forecasts to maintain budget control and financial accuracy.
. Collaborate with contractors, consultants, internal teams, and senior management to ensure smooth execution of project-related contracts and procurement activities. Act as the key liaison between project teams and external vendors.
. Identify financial and contractual risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place. Ensure all contract and procurement activities comply with legal requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards.
. Handle contract claims, variations, and disputes, negotiating favourable outcomes to protect the company's financial and operational interests. Engage with legal teams and senior management as needed.
. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of contracts, procurement activities, financial reports, and project cost data. Ensure transparency and readiness for audits, internal reviews, and management reporting.
Experience & Education:
· From 12 to 15 years experience in Engineering / construction procurement.
. Construction or real estate development experience is a must.
· BSc. of Engineering, Civil background is a must.
