Job Title: Accountant
Location: Hurghada, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:
-Daily Entries: Accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
-Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and monitor invoices, ensuring timely delivery and accurate billing information.
-Collections: Manage collections by following up on outstanding invoices, communicating with clients, and resolving payment discrepancies.
-Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts to ensure all transactions are properly accounted for and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
-Financial Reporting: Contribute to preparing monthly financial statements and reports as required.
-Data Entry: Maintain organized financial records and accurately input data into accounting software.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the senior accounting team to streamline processes and improve financial operations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-2 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in daily entries, collections, and invoices.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
-Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
-Effective communication and organizational abilities.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
