we are hiring Architecture Team Leader
Job Description
oversee our architectural team and drive the successful execution of design projects, will take the lead on the preparation and management of Design & Shop Drawing documents, technical drawings, and project specifications, from concept to as-built. You will
Responsibilities
* Develop and present design concepts and presentations to clients, consultants, and internal teams.
* Lead and manage the architectural team in the development of design concepts and project deliverables.
* provide oversight during the Design & Shop Drawing phase to ensure the design intent is realized.
* Act as the main point of contact for all technical matters related to projects, coordinating with other disciplines, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Responsible for efficient and effective design of architectural works, preparation of drawings, contract documents, etc.
* Collaborate with the design team to integrate technical solutions into architectural concepts, ensuring seamless design execution.
* Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture with more than 10 years’ Experience
Good knowledge of Architectural design standards
Proficiency in architectural software 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks
Previous experience working on projects in multiple sectors (e.g., residential, commercial, institutional, industrial).
strong leadership
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Mega Projects (Healthcare, administration, Hospitality, etc..) Buildings
