Civil Estimation Team Leader 
- 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 5th Settlement - New Cairo (𝐇𝐐)
 
 𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
- Review and negotiate the suppliers' offers and the subcontractors to make a Comparison Sheet to select the best offer. 
- Estimate cost breakdown for indirect costs and preparing Tender project budget. 
- Responsible for the final preparation and submission of the Technical and Financial proposals. 
- Review BOQ, Tender drawings, specification, special and general conditions which must be verified all together, in coordinating with Contract administrator or legal advisor. 
- Review and study bid Tender document and initial budget preparation to verify the availability of sufficient info. 
- Review and Submit Project information sheet and Tender study approval to assist the Department management to take decision about the project study availability. 
- Review Quantities take off against available drawings and compare it with Tender BOQ Quantities. 
- Study the alternatives Solution to minimize the project cost and get the best offer to the client. 
- Follow up the submitted Tender Offers and submit update Offers if applicable and review the submittal with the client. 
- Cooperate with the planning team to develop project timeline and cost flow during the project. 
- Review the contract document to evaluate its financial risk on the project. 
- Collect information about upon previous executed projects & recent available information. 
- Prepare and Evaluate list of available bidding opportunities to decide which joined. 
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
 - Experience: 8 Years of experience in the Construction field
 - Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, and BIM
