Senior Technical Office Engineer

Location: Madinaty

Job Description:

-Study well the tender projects with its specifications.

-preparing all shop- drawings for all systems (Lighting, power, cable routing, substation layout, Panels Balance, SLDs, LC systems DWGs).

-Preparing all technical calculations (Voltage Drop, Short circuit, Lux calculation).

-Preparing all material submittals.

-Coordinate the approval of drawings and take responsibility for distributing approved drawings for construction to relevant site personnel.

-Assist in quantity take-off activities for tenders, contributing to accurate project cost estimations.

-Prepare and manage technical queries, addressing them with the client and consultants to ensure clarity and resolution.

-Assisting General Managers. 

-Maintain quality standards.

-Attending meetings related to projects (With client, consultant & all correspondences within boundaries of project contract).

-Preparing time schedules for technical & shop drawings submittals.

Job Requirements:

-A bachelor’s degree in engineering, particularly in a Technical Engineering field.

-Proficiency in using computer applications (MS office, Dia lux, AutoCAD, SC calc programs). & mainly Rivet.
