🔹 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Process Design & Optimization – Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
✅ Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
✅ Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement improvements.
✅ New Technology Implementation – Research and introduce innovative process technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
✅ Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, and performance reports.
 Job Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
 Strong knowledge of process optimization and automation.
 Experience in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
 Problem-solving mindset with excellent analytical skills.
