AKL Auto feeding Industries is looking for an AP accountant.

Job Purpose:

Manage the accounts payable (AP) cycle with a focus on processing and reviewing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate recording. Support the overall financial operations by ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Ensure proper coding of invoices in line with accounting procedures.
· Update and maintain the accounts payable ledger with all invoice transactions.
· Reconcile invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts (3-way match).
· Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice differences.
· Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP.
· Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve any issues related to vendor invoices.
· Prepare and maintain reports related to accounts payable.
· Assist with the preparation of financial statements by providing necessary AP data.
· Ensure the proper documentation and filing of invoices for audits and future reference.

Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance degree. 
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable with a focus on invoice processing.
· Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar), MS Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.

AKL factory, Mansoura

Work style:
· Full-time
· 8 hours per day.
