Job Vacancy:
Leading construction organization is hiring "Construction Manager - Civil"
Projects: Assiut project based.

Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Civil) with 15+ years of experience to lead and oversee one major project ongoing in Cairo,
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all site operations, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to budget constraints while complying with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage all construction activities at the assigned project site.
-Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met according to the planned schedule.
-Coordinate with project stakeholders, including consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
-Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-Supervise site engineers, foremen, and other construction staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
-Review and approve project plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
-Monitor budget control and cost management, preventing cost overruns.
-Ensure quality assurance by implementing best construction practices and industry standards.
-Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project status reports.
-Solve on-site challenges and technical issues efficiently.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
-15+ years of experience in construction management, particularly in large-scale civil projects.
-Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and handling project execution.
-Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Proficiency in project management tools and software.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Availability to work in Assiut.
