▪ 5+ years of experience in the same role or equivalent.

▪ Proven experience as a planning engineer or in a similar role.

▪ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

▪ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

▪ Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.

▪ Attention to details and a strong commitment to quality.

▪ Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards. 

▪ Proven experience as a planning engineer or in a similar role.

▪ Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

 ▪ Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and resource allocation. Identify project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to create effective project plans.

 ▪ Resource Management: Determine the resources required for project execution. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely availability and allocation of resources.

 ▪ Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines and deliverables.

▪ Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor project progress, compare it to the planned schedule, and identify any deviations. Generate progress reports, highlighting key performance indicators, milestones achieved, and potential delays. Communicate project status to the project team and management.
