Tender Manager 

Responsibilities: -

-Review and evaluate tender documents and identify key requirements.

-Develop strategies and plans to win tenders and secure contracts.

-Coordinate with various departments to collect necessary data for tender submissions.

-Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

-Track and manage all ongoing and completed tenders to ensure compliance and success.

-Prepares cost estimate in the early design stage.

-Understand the project requirements and interprets design or engineering drawings and prepares tender documents, B.O.Q, material lists and specifications.

-Make sure that the quotations comply with the Employer required and provided Specifications

-Prepare comparison Sheet for rates Quoted by Subcontractors and suppliers

Preparing, reporting and reviewing tender estimates

-Establish budget sheets for awarded projects showing (material – Manpower – Fittings – Accessories- Civil works – electrical works – subcontractors)

-Supervise tender documentation including cost summary sheets, risk assessments, and approval documentation.

 Qualification: -

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

-Experience: 8+ years of experience in the construction industry, with proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navis Works.

- working hours (From 8 AM to 5 PM). fixable hours
