Job Title : QS Engineer
Job Type : Full Time
Location : 6th October City
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
1. Review and analyze tender documents (Drawings, specifications & BOQs)
2. Perform detailed and accurate quantity take-offs for all architectural and civil works.
3. Extract quantities from CAD drawings.
4. Prepare detailed quantity take-off sheets and summaries.
5. Identify discrepancies, missing information, and inconsistencies in drawings and specifications; raise technical queries as needed.
6. Ensure quantity take-offs are aligned with the method of measurement specified in tender documents.
