TÜV SÜD Hiring:

Senior Inspection Engineer "Welding"

We are looking for a Senior Inspection Engineer – Welding to join our team and ensure the highest quality and compliance in welding inspection and certification!

Key Responsibilities:

 ✅ Conduct inspections and assessments of welding processes, materials, and workmanship

 ✅ Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (AWS, ASME, API, ISO)

 ✅ Perform NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and prepare detailed inspection reports

 ✅ Review WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Records)

 ✅ Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to improve welding quality

 ✅ Provide technical support and guidance to welding teams and clients

 ✅ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:

 🔹 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field

 🔹 5+ years of experience in welding inspection and quality control

 🔹 Certified Welding Inspector (CWI, CSWIP 3.1/3.2) is highly preferred

 🔹 Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and inspection techniques

 🔹 Experience with NDT methods (UT, RT, PT, MT)

 🔹 Excellent problem-solving and report-writing skills
