Background Experience: BIM Developer with BIM Coordination Experience.

🔸 About the Role:

 We are looking for a skilled BIM Developer with extensive C# programming experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom BIM software solutions aimed at enhancing our Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities and streamlining our design and construction processes.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Develop, test, and maintain custom C# applications that integrate with BIM platforms, primarily Autodesk Revit.

▪️ Create and enhance BIM automation tools to improve workflow efficiency and data accuracy.

▪️ Design and implement Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for BIM data exchange.

▪️ Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand their BIM needs and develop tailored solutions.

▪️ Debug existing applications and resolve technical issues.

▪️ Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in BIM development.

🔸 BIM-Specific Tasks:

▪️ Create and maintain custom Revit families and templates to meet project requirements.

▪️ Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across various projects.

▪️ Generate and quality-check BIM documentation and deliverables.

Perform clash detection and resolve model coordination issues.

▪️ Assist with BIM data extraction for quantity takeoffs and analysis.

▪️ Support the integration of BIM with project management tools and systems.

▪️ Train and provide technical support to team members on BIM-related software and processes.

🔸 Required Qualifications:

▪️ Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.

▪️ Proven experience in C# development.

▪️ Demonstrated experience with BIM platforms, particularly Autodesk Revit API.

▪️ Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

▪️ Experience with .NET Framework and WPF or Windows Forms.

▪️ Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows.

▪️ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

▪️ Strong communication abilities to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

▪️ Experience with BIM documentation and family creation.
