We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years specifically in tendering and cost estimation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.
Conduct detailed cost estimations and analysis.
Evaluate and compare bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of all tender activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
