 We’re Hiring: Real Estate General Accountant!

Join Meamar Makkah Real Estate Development and play a key role in managing our financial operations! 

📍 Location: [new cairo]
 Reports to: Finance Manager / Accounting Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage accounts payable and receivable, including rent collections and expense payments.
✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, etc.).
✅ Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for properties.
✅ Ensure tax compliance, including property taxes and tax filings.
✅ Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank accounts.
✅ Support external audits by providing necessary documentation.

🎓 Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
🔹 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
🔹 Familiarity with real estate accounting software
🔹 Strong analytical and organizational skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
