We are Hiring "𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫"

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Determine equipment needs for projects and manage their use efficiently according to project schedules.
-𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: Supervise and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for heavy equipment.
-𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Lead and direct the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are allocated and performed effectively.
-𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Ensure that required parts and supplies are available to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
-𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬: Conduct performance reviews and ensure staff compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment comply with safety regulations
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Reporting: Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or  Industrial Engineering.
-8-10 years of experience in managing and maintaining heavy equipment, preferably in construction companies.
-Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for heavy equipment.
-Proven ability to effectively lead and manage a maintenance team with excellent planning and organizational skills.
-Excellent in English is a Must.
