Duties:

• Inspect Contractor(s) completed works are in line with contract requirements.
• Supervision of implementation for (HVAC - FIRE FIGHTING - PLUMBING) at site as per approved drawings, methods, safety rules, codes and method of instalment.
• Supervise the contractors’ mechanical scope & follow up work progress and ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions and time schedule.
• Prepare technical site visit reports and also required progress update reports 
• Coordination with Constructive team members for all ongoing site activities. 
• Communicate and update technical team and management with necessary
  information.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in road and infrastructure engineering.

Requirements:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
• AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of MEP Specialized Software.
• English and Arabic Fluency.
• Work in Ras El-Hekma.
• Consultancy background.
