Architect Technical Office

Duties :

Share the review & evaluation of Arch. IFC design packages intended for constructability and integrity with other design disciplines. 
Review Contractors submitted technical submittals related to Arch. scope of works and coordinate with other disciplines Sr. Engineers. 
Create tracing log for latest design changes and RFIs replies that affect the IFC package. 
Lead and guide the site team and follow-up their work activities. 
Observe, Inspect & approve contractors' site activities submittals including but not limited to; inspection requests, MIRs …. etc. 
Coordinate with Contractors’ technical team to ensure the construction is running efficiently according to approved submittals. 
Coordinate with other trades engineers for integrity of replies for engineering submittals & site construction activities. 
Requirements:

8+ yrs experience in Technical Office in Site.
Able to work in the North Coast - Ras ElHekma.
To work with team.
Consultancy background.
