Doja Developments, a leading real estate development company, is looking for a Site Accountant to join our team! If you have at least 2 years of experience in accounting within the construction or real estate sector, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-Time

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅ Manage financial transactions and site expenses.
✅ Process invoices, payments, and payroll for site staff.
✅ Monitor budgets and ensure cost control.
✅ Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
✅ Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams.
✅ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audits.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in accounting (construction/real estate preferred).
✔️ Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, etc.).
✔️ Strong analytical and organizational skills.
✔️ Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
