Job Title: Accounts Payable Accountant
Location: Heliopolis
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare and execute payments via bank transfers, checks, and other payment methods.
Reconcile accounts payable (AP) accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, approvals, and contracts.
Assist in month-end closing by preparing AP-related reports and accruals.
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline payment processes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to supplier payments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance (English section is preferred).
Fluency in English is a must
1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
