📍 Location: Maadi

Key Responsibilities:
-   Provide first-line IT support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
-   Assist with device setups, installations, and configurations.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through tickets, calls, or chats.
-   Support IT projects, system maintenance, and software updates.
-   Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
-   Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
-   Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common -   software.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
-   Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
