We Are Hiring – Planning Engineer

Job Description:
• Preparing Baselines (Time and Cost).
• Develop and maintain project schedules using software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to identify project requirements and constraints.
• Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths, resource constraints, and potential schedule conflicts.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and highlight any deviations from the planned schedule.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.
• Participate in project meetings to provide insights into schedule performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide accurate reports.
• Monitoring the work of engineering designs and drawings and the times of their arrival to a site according to the work’s need
• Monitor Engineers' productivity.
• Follow up, evaluate, calculate, and analyze the actual progress status
• Preparing reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to clarify the executive position of the business, whether by the owner or internally
• Review the contract, bill of quantity, and the drawings of the project to determine the project scope.
• Updating, monitoring & controlling projects status as per schedule.

Job Requirements
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling and tracking project timelines.
• Technically strong in project scheduling, reporting, and cost planning,
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous
• Good Management skills is a must.
• Knowledge of construction processes and understanding of technical drawings.
• ⁠Knowledge of construction processes and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
