1. Chief Accountant
Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations, manage budgeting, ensure compliance, and lead the accounting team.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred; 7-10 years experience in construction accounting.

2. Treasury & Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant
Responsibilities: Manage cash flow, oversee accounts receivable, and ensure timely collections.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting; 3-5 years experience in treasury and AR management.

3. Tax Accountant
Responsibilities: Prepare and file tax returns, provide tax planning strategies, and support audits.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA preferred; 3-5 years experience in tax accounting.

4. Civil Technical Office Engineer
Responsibilities: Support project management with technical documentation, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 3-5 years experience in a technical office environment.
