MEP BIM Coordinator is required!!
 -Educational Background: 
 -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
 -[Preferrable] Specialized training or certification in BIM software and workflows (e.g., Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks)

 -Experience: 
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination, particularly in large scale projects. 
 -Experience coordinating MEP systems in multidisciplinary environments.
 -[Preferable] Proven track record in healthcare, industrial, or commercial building projects with significant MEP components.

Technical Skills:
 -Advanced proficiency in BIM tools specific to MEP, such as Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP. 
-Strong understanding of MEP system modeling, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical layouts. 
-[Preferrable] Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and other MEP-specific codes and regulations. 
-[Preferrable] Proficient in 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM for MEP system integration.

Coordination Skills:
-Expertise in clash detection and resolution, specifically for MEP systems. 
-Skilled in reviewing and coordinating MEP shop drawings with architectural and structural models.
 -[Preferrable] Ability to lead the creation and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) tailored to MEP deliverables.
Software Development & Automation:
 -Ability to create parametric MEP families and components.
 -Competence in customizing project templates and libraries to align with MEP project requirements.
 -[Preferrable] Skilled in automating workflows using Dynamo, Python, or similar scripting tools to enhance MEP model efficiency.
 
Soft Skills:
-Strong communication and team coordination abilities to liaise with MEP engineers, architects, and construction teams.
 -Analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving MEP-specific design and integration issues.
 -Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in MEP modeling and documentation.
