Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
Experience with ERP systems and banking software.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial analysis tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to detect financial inconsistencies.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple financial transactions efficiently.
Excellent communication skills for dealing with banks and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
