Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate projects, preferably with prior experience in consultancy firms.
• Skills:
- Proficiency in preparing technical drawings and execution plans.
-Experience in reviewing designs to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
-Strong proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Experience in coordinating architectural drawings with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure proper alignment and integration.
