Job Opportunity: Team Leader Quantity Surveyor & Senior Quantity Surveyor

1. Team Leader Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the quantity surveying team to ensure accurate cost estimation and control.

Review and approve cost plans, estimates, and tender documents.

Manage contracts, variations, and claims in compliance with contractual terms.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for cost-effective solutions.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial progress to prevent cost overruns.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

10+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

2. Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.

Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment for projects.

Evaluate and certify subcontractor payments and variations.

Support contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.

Work closely with project teams to ensure cost-effective construction solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

+5 years of experience in quantity surveying.

Proficiency in cost estimation software and contract management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
