Office Manager – Financial Consultancy Firm (Heliopolis)
A reputable financial consultancy firm in Heliopolis is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to manage office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
* Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the CEO.
* Handle business correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism.
* Arrange travel and accommodations as needed.
* Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
* Welcome visitors and provide administrative support.
* Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
* 6 – 8 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
* Strong command of English (B2/C1 level).
* Excellent email and phone etiquette.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
