Job Opportunity: Chief Accountant (Construction/Telecom)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant with a strong background in the construction or telecom industries to lead our accounting team. With 7-10 years of experience, you will oversee the financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage the entire accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
-Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes and provide financial insights to senior management.
-Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
-Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and project analysis.
-Ensure timely completion of financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

 Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).
-7-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or telecom industries.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
