Senior Planning Engineer (Min. 4 Years of Experience in Planning) – C1 in English

Preferably AUC Graduates

 Salary Range: 30K – 50K EGP (Net)
 Compensation Based on: English level & construction experience
 Benefits: Monthly bonus & medical insurance

Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in Primavera P6
Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to identify project requirements and constraints
Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths, resource constraints, and potential conflicts
Provide regular project progress updates and highlight any deviations
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays
Communicate schedule-related information effectively to stakeholders
Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommending schedule adjustments
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Preferably AUC, GUC, BUE graduates)
Proven experience in planning and scheduling engineering projects
Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
English Proficiency:
✅ C1 in English required (B2 to C1 accepted)

📍 Location: Dokki, Giza – Egypt
🕒 Shifts:

Males: 3 PM – 12 AM
Females: 1 PM – 10 PM
