Senior Design Architect

Work Experience: 5+ years

Cairo, Egypt 
Job Description:
-Conceptualize and execute interior design projects, ensuring alignment with the firm’s vision for creating happy and functional spaces. 
-Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating their vision into practical design solutions that promote well-being. 
-Conduct research on the psychological impacts of design, utilizing findings to inform and enhance project outcomes. 
-Review and provide feedback on submissions from international and local consultants when  projects are outsourced, ensuring compliance with design standards and project goals. 
-Address design challenges independently, applying innovative solutions that reflect user needs and project goals.
-Advocate for and implement sustainable design practices, considering environmental impacts in all design decisions.
-Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality design presentations and documentation. 
-Review and refine design work to ensure it meets the company’s standards for quality and functionality, making necessary adjustments as needed. 
-Update and maintain a strong portfolio that showcases creative flair, attention to detail, and ability to design spaces that enhance happiness and well-being.

Requirements
Qualifications :

-Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.

Non-Technical Skills :

-Excellent communication skills (written &verbal).

-Problem-solving skills.
