Job Title: Network Administrator

Job Summary:
The Network Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting an organization’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
 • Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues.
 • Manage firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
 • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
 • Provide technical support and troubleshoot network-related problems.
 • Ensure network compliance with security policies and industry standards.
 • Collaborate with IT teams to improve network efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:
 • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
 • Experience with networking protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls.
 • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
 • Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
 • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
