Diagram Construction is Hiring
We are currently seeking an exceptional Admin Assistant.
Job Description :
1-Manage and prioritize the manager's correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and other documents.
2-Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management for the manager.
3- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other communications, acting as the first point of contact for the manager.
4- Responsible for the arrangement of travel and other logistical needs.
Qualifications:
*Minimum of 3 years of experience.
*Strong administrative and office management skills, including proficiency in *record keeping, organization, and communication.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
