(General Accountant)

 for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial operations related to property transactions, investments, and asset management.

Job Description:

Financial Reporting & Record-Keeping.

Maintain accurate financial records for transactions, including property sales, leases, and operating expenses.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Accounts Payable & Receivable
 
Process invoices, payments, and vendor accounts related to property management and deals.

Reconcile bank statements and property escrow accounts.
 
Monitor expenses and ensure they align with financial forecasts.

 Analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
 
Support audits by providing necessary financial records and documentation.

General Ledger &
Reconciliations

Maintain the general ledger, post journal entries, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
 
Financial Analysis

Provide financial insights to support investment decisions.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with managers, partners, and sales department.

Communicate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

 • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 • Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience (real estate industry experience preferred).
 • Proficiency in accounting software (ERP, SAP, or industry-specific software).
 • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
 • Knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including lease accounting, depreciation.
 • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
 • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple financial tasks.
