Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring compliance with technical and commercial tender aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review tender documents, contracts, and technical specifications
✔ Prepare cost estimates, pricing strategies, and bid proposals
✔ Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary data
✔ Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company standards
✔ Analyze risks and propose mitigation strategies
✔ Work with internal teams to develop technical & financial proposals
✔ Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required
✔ Track tender progress and submit documentation within deadlines

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
✔ 3–5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or contract management
✔ Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and contract laws
