We Are Hiring:

Planning Manager (Fluent English Speaker)

📍 Location: Dokki, Giza – Egypt

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to define project requirements and constraints.
Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths, resource constraints, and potential conflicts.
Provide regular updates on project progress and highlight any deviations from the plan.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
Communicate schedule-related information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Participate in project meetings to provide insights and recommend schedule adjustments.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in planning using Primavera P6.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.).
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ English Level: B2 to C1 (C1 required for American company standards).
✔ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Hours:
👨‍💼 Males: 3 PM – 12 AM
👩‍💼 Females: 2 PM – 11 PM

Salary Range: 50K – 120K EGP (Based on English level & experience)
