Job Description

DAOUD Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personnel Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy and ensuring a compliant and positive work environment.

About the Role:
As our Personnel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of personnel management, with a strong focus on legal compliance and operational efficiency. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related matters, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
 * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Egyptian labor law.
 * Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
 * Manage social insurance and tax authority related matters, including submissions and compliance.
 * Represent the company before the Labour Office and other relevant authorities.
 * Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances, with a focus on fairness and consistency.
 * Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy.
 * Stay up-to-date on changes in labor legislation and best practices in HR management.
 * Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
 * Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:
 * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
 * Proven experience as a Personnel Manager, preferably in the Construction/ Real Estate industries, if applicable].
 * Strong hands-on knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, Labour Office procedures, and tax authority requirements.
 * Excellent understanding of payroll processing and HRIS systems.
 * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * High level of integrity and confidentiality.
 * Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
