M Squared is seeking to hire a a highly motivated and experienced “MEP Assistant Manager” to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) team in managing the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems for a variety of real estate projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with relevant standards.

Job Location: Head Office - Mohandseen

Job Responsibilities:
· Evaluate plans, specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, infrastructure networks, and general piping systems.
· Oversee the preparation of all tender documents, including drawings, calculations, bills of quantities, and technical specifications.
· Provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering design services as needed.
· Assess MEP design issues and propose alternative solutions.
· Track the status of interface agreements across projects and provide regular updates to development teams.
· Assist in reviewing and finalizing overall project schedules, progress tracking, and monitoring.
· Monitor project construction activities to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· 10 to 15 years of experience, preferably in a consultancy office with a design background.
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
· Proficient in MEP design software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
· Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
