Job Title:
1) Financial Controller
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, English section.
Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting.
Familiarity with accounting software and principles.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex financial data accurately.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to conduct all accounting functions adhering to company policies.
Job Responsibilities:

Audit daily production reports.
Analyze manufacturing operations.
Evaluate manufacturing equipment availability and utilization.
Perform month-end cost closing.
Analyze inventory valuations.
Prepare monthly journal entries, including COGS, SG&A expenses, intercompany transactions, and eliminations.
Research monthly activity as needed.
2) Accounts Receivable
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, English section.
2-4 years of experience in accounting.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers.
Follow up on payments, send reminders, and negotiate terms.
Reconcile accounts to ensure correct payment application.
Maintain positive relationships with customers to resolve billing disputes.
Accurately apply payments and update accounting records.
Track outstanding accounts and generate aging reports.
Generate reports on accounts receivable status and collections performance.
Coordinate with sales and project teams to resolve issues.
