Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering only.
2. Experience: 10-13 years in luxury projects.
3. Software Proficiency (is must): AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Upgrading BIM models from 1:300 to 1:500
5. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a team.
