EGYGAB Developments is now hiring a Junior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer located at Heliopolis.
Job Description:
·        Experience in designing supply, drainage and fire lines...etc.
·        Experience in using the Revit program to integrate with the rest of the architectural, construction and electrical departments.
·        Experience in site implementation work as the work will require site visits and follow-up on site implementation work.
·        Prepare 3D BIM model using Revit
·        Extract 2D Shop-drawings and 3D presentation
·        Performs routine tasks under general supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.
·        Designs components or portions of systems and modifies existing designs to develop or improve them.
·        Performs product research; assists project designers and other project Engineers with materials selection
·        Assist in preparation of material take-off.
·        Prepare the final submittal drawings.
·        Other responsibilities as determined by the project requirements.
Job Requirements
·        Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.
·        1-3 years of experience in technical office & site supervision in Egypt.
·        1-3 years of experience in Construction/ Design MEP.
·        Mastering different drawing tools (Revit excellent usage is a must).
·        High teamwork skills.
·        Problem solver
·        Ability to work under pressure
