Hyde Park for Facilities is currently hiring:

"Electrical Team Leader" Facility Management Department.

Job purpose:
Responsible of assuring successful engineering operations by completing and overseeing maintenance of all electrical systems such as electrical, undertaking activities on diverse range of electrical equipment to ensure that the assets are kept in a very good repair.

Responsibilities:

· Design maintenance strategies, planned preventative and predictive schedules, procedures and methods to reduce breakdown of systems by assessing system breakdowns, determining the kind of repairs and ensuring that team members are following and implementing accordingly.
· Diagnose breakdown problems and install/repair parts ensuring equipment is working correctly and the installation/repair is documented and carrying out inspections on equipment and machinery to ensure they are fit with purpose and meeting the safety requirements.
·      Schedule site meetings with vendors when necessary to review system failures, request estimates, authorize and oversee repairs, creating solutions to drive maintenance issues to a minimum and reduce emergency calls.
·      Set plan for governmental affairs representatives to ensure amounts are deduced as part of cost saving annual plan.
·      Communicate and meet regularly with all staff members to coordinate schedules and assure readiness of the facility of all activities recommending continues improvement for efficiency.
Handle warehouse key essential spares to be kept in the maintenance stores to ensure smooth operations and place orders for consumables and tools including checking, signing the delivery notes and invoices, comparing the monthly expenses to be reviewed by Senior technical manager.

Qualifications and Experiences:

 ·      5 to 7 years of relevant experience 
·      Bachelor`s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
·      Project planning & management.
·      Excellent leadership skills.
 Excellent communication skills.
