We’re hiring in Alexandria :
IT Support Specialist / Architecture & Design Office
Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance & emergency repairs
Hardware/software troubleshooting
Monthly device condition reports with improvement suggestions
Cleaning & thermal paste replacement
Technical support & IT consultations
Requirements:
IT support experience (preferably in architecture/design firms)
Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, network)
Knowledge of design software & scripts (3ds Max, Corona, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus
